The town house is a close walking distance to both communal pools as well as the local shops, bar and restaurants.
You cross the spacious terrace on the ground floor to enter the house from either the main door or kitchen. The terrace has been set up as both a dining and living area, with many lovely plants and an area for grilling.
Entering through the front door you will find yourself in the middle of the property, with the living room to the left, kitchen to the right and the other convivial rooms of the house just in front. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small coffee/breakfast bar area. In addition to this, you have patio doors from the kitchen that lead back to the main terrace, ideal when dining al fresco. The main living room itself has large areas on either side of the fireplace, one side can be used as the main area to watch television and the other is ideal as a reading nook.

Towards the back of the property, and up half a level, you have the dining area which is complimented by a bar area. This is a perfect entertainment space. There is also a guest bathroom and quaint bedroom on this floor. Perfect for guests who might have trouble with climbing stairs to the upper levels of the house.
The staircase splits in two directions. Up to the right is the master suite at the front part of the house with ocean views. The left staircase leads to the other section of the house, each quite separate and private from each other. The master suite (king-sized bed) features a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with spacious standing shower that has a marble floor, a living room (equipped with a workspace), bedroom space and private terrace where you can enjoy views of the village and sea. There is also a wall-mounted TV in the bedroom area.

In the back part of the house, where the staircase splits to the left, you will find a separate private lounge area, equipped with two single sofa/beds and the second bedroom with queen-sized bed. There is also a large, modern bathroom with tub/shower shared by these two rooms.
All of the beds have luxury mattresses for high comfort.

Located in the village, you will find our popular Dutch delicatessen/bakery, an award-winning butcher, restaurant and the charming Heredian bar. In addition to this, residents can enjoy the beautiful plazas and two community pools located within the community (one heated pool in the winter months). There are also many activities in the village, like quiz night at the bar and weekly exercise classes at the plaza and pool. It is a very friendly place!

La Heredia is extremely popular with year-round residents and vacationers alike. In addition to the amenities offered in the community, there is 24-hour security in this gated community.

San Pedro, Benahavis (“The Culinary Centre of Costa del Sol”), Puerto Banus and Marbella are each within a 20-30 minute drive of the village. It is also an ideal location for discovering the many tourist delights of Andalucia, including skiing in Sierra Nevada, hiking at Caminito del Rey and the exquisite town of Ronda, just 45 minutes by car on a drive that will leave you breathless. There are numerous golf courses in the area as well, including Los Arqueros and La Quinta. There are also many options for playing tennis or padel.
