The latest housing data from Eurostat (the Eu´s statistics bureau) reports an average increase of 7.2% in Spanish property prices , while in the Eu the rise was considerably less at 4.5% and 4.2% within the Eurozone. Such figures show confidence returning to the Spanish property market and making investing in Spain ever more attractive.
