The master bedroom has it´s own ensuite bathroom and the two guests bedrooms share a bathroom. The open plan lounge dining area has a fireplace and cosy atmosphere. The house is well maintained by the current owner.
There is a covered dinning area just off the pool terrace, alowing you to have a meal outdoors with the view over the Costa. The rest of the pool terrace offers room for simply soaking up the sun and enjoying the private pool.
Located in the urbanization, you will find a delicatessen / bakery, an award-winning butcher, restaurant and the charming Heredian bar. In addition to this, you can enjoy the beautiful plazas and two community pools located within the community (one is heated in the winter months).
La Heredia is nestled in the foothills of the Ronda Mountains, enjoys outstanding views including Los Arqueros Golf, the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the North African coastline. These spectacular vistas are to be enjoyed by day and night. La Heredia and the urbanisation of El Madroñal border the Ronda national park. From here there are many routes one can take for hiking. A great variety of Fauna and birdlife can be seen from our doorstep including Wild Boar, Deer, Ibex, Griffon Vultures and Bonelli’s Eagle.
The Urbanisation of La Heredia is popular with year round residents and holiday makers alike. In addition to the amenities offered in the community, there is 24 hour security in this gated Urbanisation.
The beautiful Pueblo of La Heredia is just a few minutes drive to San Pedro, Benahavís, Puerto Banus and Marbella. It is an ideal location for discovering the many tourist delights of Andalucía, including Ski-ing in Sierra Nevada. There are numerous golf course within a short drive, including Los Arqueros and La Quinta.
From the house you can reach Malaga or Gibraltar airports in 45 minutes via the autopista (AP7), making this a very accessible location.
Usually, people would hire a car, but you can always use local buses or taxi to get around instead.
