The house features three bedrooms, all situated on the lower floor for maximum privacy. Each bedroom is en suite, with two providing direct access to the main terrace. The entrance to the house is on the top floor.
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen on the middle floor is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient washroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This floor also includes a spacious dining area, a comfortable lounge, and a small toilet.

Adjacent to the dining room on the middle floor, the upper terrace is a cozy, intimate spot perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Furnished with comfortable seating, this space offers an inviting setting to take in the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. The main terrace is accessible directly from two of the ensuite bedrooms on the lower floor and also from the middle terrace. This expansive area is designed with everything you need for a perfect day in the sun.
